My husband, kids, and I enjoyed the home bc it was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very comfortable, like home in a sense. The one issue we had was the master bedroom opens into the master bath and there was not a privacy door between the two. Location was convenient to the beach so that was surely a plus. This may be because the current owner had a pending sale on it and wasn’t going to put any more money in it. Check in and check out was simply and quick. It was weird that three separate days people showed up to do something on the property but we were only notified once. One day the pool was cleaned (just left the pool), the next day trimming the trees and mowing for hours (good thing we didn’t want to use the pool at that time but was very loud and annoying when you wanted to sit on the porch and relax!) and the third time we were notified the realtor was changing the keys but wouldn’t be entering the house. The house setup was nice and probably less than 2 blocks from ocean. We did have to drive a ways to get to anything but if you are looking to just relax at the house with a pool and just go to the ocean frequently I would recommend. I am assuming that once the new owners get the place it will be kept up better. ##### Tony T.
