New flooring had been installed, updated counter top in the kitchen and newer furniture were in the unit. That's the extent of the updates. The bathroom was a complete disaster. The vanity was cracked on the bottom, mold and mildew was visible on and around the baseboards, there's visible water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door (pictures are available).
