The home was filthy when we arrived, floor was so dirty and black, and no cleaning supplies are able to be accessed. They did not leave enough sheets for beds, towels for everyone to have at least one, and missing pillow cases. Then the downstairs plug-ins did not work, so that left us without a charger for the golf cart. We were unable to ride the golf cart for a day and a half. With 9 people (4 of which where kids) that was no good. Overall we had a rough vacation. The property manager was no help with our problems. It was a shame because we had looked forward to this trip for so long. It was the first time we had all the family together. ##### Brittany B. The surrounding circumstances were not perfectly ideal but tolerable. The location was pretty snug with other houses and trailers, more then most places I've stayed in Ocean Lakes. Construction was taking place right next door which started early! The palmetto bugs were definitely out and about, we were unable to leave any food out but the host had pest control scheduled already and it was a very hot weekend.Appliances were nice and new and all the beds and rooms were clean and comfortable.
