That being said, we had an EXCELLENT staff member (Eva) that helped us get checked in sooner than planned. Check in was 4pm, we finally got in at 5:30pm. Location-great, Pools- great, maintenance-great, cleaning service- great. And the part that makes this Hotel even better is the free access to the State Park beaches. The rooms were extremely clean and the staff was wonderful. The check-in process was quick and easy. The staff was super friendly and provided me and my family with an abundance of information. The property is quiet and only a 10 minute (if that) drive to the beach. The property has indoor and outdoor pools as well as daily activities for your family to enjoy. All the resort staff was very friendly and helpful. Our vacation was nearly ruined when the listing host canceled our booking leaving us without a place to stay the last night of our trip, stating that they were no longer able to accommodate my last night. It was quite upsetting and left us with a bad first impression on booking with Vrbo again know that they are able to book days the hosts don’t have enough points or whatever to cover to interfere with a customers vacation. ##### Crystal M.
