Professionally Decorated,100 Yards to Beach, Shared Pool

Get the ultimate in luxury combining the space and privacy of a traditional beach villa with the typical amenities of a condominium! Large, roomy 2400 square foot 4 bedroom,4 bath home designed to accommodate the large family comfortably. All just steps away from beautiful Surfside Beach. Our home has a cathedral ceiling in the great room and 9' ceilings elsewhere. There are three porches to choose from when a late afternoon nap calls. The exterior features lavish landscaping and parking under the house as well as additional parking beside the shared 18'x42' pool. The home also has high speed internet and a BBQ grill for those nights when you just want to stay at home and relax!

Just south of the sometimes chaotic Myrtle Beach area, Surfside Beach offers a slightly slower pace. Here you will find great restaurants, a fantastic fishing pier, a water park, a live theater, and all the sand and water you can imagine. There are no high rises here! Surfside Beach is the Grand Strand's favorite family beach!

Overall this is a great rental for a large family or group. The house is spacious with lots of beds. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies. It is a simple walk to an excellent, relatively uncrowded spot on the beach!! Our only complaints were the pool needed to be cleaned in the middle of the week, a door locked needed repair, and a 9am check-out was really early. Despite these few issues, the host was wonderful and the property was well worth it!!

Quick walk to beach

We had a wonderful stay at Surfside. The house was as described and the location was great. Lisa is organized and responsive. The shared pool was very nice. I loved all the decks. There were a few sand toys-we needed a bucket and one teen tried the skim board—so that was great. Fun memories!

Great stay in Surfside

This property was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, quiet, and relaxing. You could not beat the location! Close to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and a few stores. Anything you had to drive to was still close. The kitchen was well-stocked; there is pretty much everything you need to cook at the house. Communication with Ms. Lisa was great and check-in/access to the house was easy. Ms. Lisa was quick to answer any questions we had. We greatly enjoyed our stay and look forward to our next stay.

Family Fun

This house had a great beach vibe and was SOOOO close to the beach. 2 porches in the front and a screened in porch on the back. If you want to be near the beach in a golf cart town, come here! If you walk outside people start talking to you. On the beach there were not many people (April) so it gave a lot of room for Spikeball and Bocci. Cute town and many restaurants. This isn't a place to go and party but for good family and or friend fun, stay here!

Nice Family Environment

This was our first time staying in a house vs a hotel. Overall it was way more comfortable and roomy. 14 of us fit with no problem. Shared pool was nice being a few steps away as well as a short walk to the ocean. The neighborhood quiet and had respectful neighbors in surrounding rentals. There were some minor issues that needed some attention. Bathroom door handle on first floor was nearly falling off when we checked in and the bedroom ceiling fan was very wobbly and noisey. But otherwise good property and would gladly stay again next time we visit.
