This 3 bedroom condo is located in an oceanfront resort, so not only will you enjoy the unobstructed oceanfront views from your balcony but it will only take a few minutes to get down to the beach. The resort is located in a highly desired area for Myrtle Beach visitors - come enjoy! Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and coffee filters + creamers, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family beach retreat. Parking: Easy access private parking lot with secured entry. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot. Entry: Complex Elevator Available! 14th floor. Self check-in with keypad. Kitchen: Fully stocked with pots/pans, coffee machine that uses filter, silverware, plates, etc. Living Area: Sleeper sofa. Access to Oceanfront balcony via sliding glass doors. Bedroom 1: King bed. Aug 3, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy #### Broke down Doors were broken walls had all the paint peeled off, beds were so hard it was literally like sleeping on concrete the foundations were so loud you couldn’t move without waking the whole house.
