Welcome to your beachy escape at House 5521—a cozy 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat in Ocean Lakes Family Campground! Whether you're relaxing on the covered front porch or zipping to the beach in your complimentary golf cart, this home is designed for laid-back family fun.  
  
It is Beautifully decorated and is one of the most spacious 2-bedroom homes that Ocean Lakes has to offer. It's open concept kitchen and living room allow plenty of room to gather together to watch TV or play games as a family. There is a large, covered porch with a beautiful sitting area and privacy shades to relax after a fun day at the beach or Sandy Harbour waterpark.   
If you are looking for a quiet street within Ocean Lakes, this is the location for you, only a short walk to the beach or you can jump on the complimentary golf cart and go.  
  
Here's what to expect:   
  
🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements:  
Primary Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed   
Second Bedroom: Twin over full Bunk Bed  
Additional Sleep space: There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room   
\*Each Bedroom has it's own TV with basic Cable

Primary bathroom has large walk-in shower   
Second bathroom is also the laundry room and has a stackable washer/dryer combo, so you can pack light and wash on the go.

The kitchen has full sized appliances and is equipped with place settings for six at the kitchen table  
There is additional seating for two at the kitchen island  
The kitchen is stocked with your basic needs to make simple meals.  
Including both a standard coffee pot, and a single serving Keurig machine.

Limited parking (space for 1 large vehicle or 2 vehicles max at the home, however there is an overflow lot in the campground for any extra vehicles)  
Parking Fee: $12/day per vehicle (if paid online 10+ days before check-in); $15/day if paid after that, per Ocean Lakes policy  
  
Security Deposit and Agreements:  
  
Guests are required to sign a Surfwind Rentals Guest Agreement and Golf Cart Agreement and authorize a security deposit to be held on your card prior to reservation.   
The hold will be placed the day before check-in and will be released once the home passes inspection and Ocean Lakes confirms no violations were received during guests stay.  
  
\*Ocean Lakes has a 12:00 AM community-wide curfew  
  
\*Golf Cart Use: Must be 21+ with a valid driver's license on file to operate

\-Guests have full access to the entire home, including the covered deck, golf cart, and driveway for parking. (the shed is for owner use only)

#### Wonderful stay

We loved our stay here and wish we booked longer. Will definitely be back. Very cute comfortable place. Loved being able to hop on the golf cart and get to everything quickly. All the beach toys and chairs were appreciated. As we were leaving my 8 year old daughter said “I give this place 5 stars!”.

Endless Summer was a very cozy home. It was decorated very appropriate for a beach house.it was was very clean. Enjoy my stay so much . Also, enjoy the fact it came with a complementary golf cart.

Home was cute and well maintained! Had issue with golf cart not working, quickly made it right and got us a rental until the house cart was fixed! Direct entry to where we were on the beach everyday! Neighbors were friendly!

#### Spring Break 2025

A perfect place for 2 Adults & 3 kids. Beautiful home, awesome porch, quiet street, and everything we needed for a lazy beach vacation (including beach necessities, like chairs, toys and even a little cooler!) Nice golf cart, comfy furniture, all the kitchen things we needed for simple meals and a bottle of wine for us on the counter. Just what our family needed. Always love staying at Ocen Lakes and referring our friends to the the places we've stayed. WeIll definitely be passing this one on. A perfect little beach cotrage.
