It is a big inconvenience when most rentals just have lockboxes on the doors for easy access. Plus, had to wait in a long line to get the keys upon arriving. Also, i tried calling North Beach Rentals twice for a minor issue and never got through... line just kept ringing. One of the beds in this unit is extremely hard and I had to buy a $100 memory foam mattress topper. I don't normally have negative feedback as I've stayed in this complex several times and love the area. The location is fantastic and amenities nearby for families is great. It’s not crowded and has easy access to anything you could need. Our unit was beautifully decorated and very clean. This was our second stay in this unit and we will be back.
