Work is expected to begin on or around October 8, 2026, and the overall project is anticipated to take approximately 8–10 weeks, subject to site and environmental conditions. Work areas include residential corridors throughout North Tower, lower-level lobby and vending area, lower-level stairwell, cart room and other designated corridor areas. What Renters Should Expect: Normal working hours will be approximately 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Noise from carpet removal, concrete grinding, and surface preparation. Some dust and temporary construction activity in the work areas. Noticeable odors while the coating system is being applied and curing. Barricades and temporary restrictions around active or newly coated areas. Temporary changes to normal access while work is directly outside a unit. The system is designed to return to pedestrian traffic within a matter of hours, but the actual reopening time will depend on site and environmental conditions. Please do not enter a restricted area it has reopened. Should you choose to reserve this property anytime between October – December 2026, rate adjustments have already been made so no additional compensation will be offered. ***

Great location! You're right across the street from Barefoot Landing. The property itself is very quiet at night too. The beach area was nice. There's a beach bar and grill where we could grab a quick snack or drink. The inside of the condo was nice. Every bedroom had it's own full bath. Kitchen was well stocked. My family and I would stay at this location again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were big, clean, and the view was great. The owner was excellent and easy to work with as well. We are very appreciative to her for being flexible with us. The only thing that would need improvement would be the beds. They were uncomfortable an unbalanced and the head boards banged on the wall every time you moved. We would definitely stay again!

Nice location

The condo was tired looking and the floors were dirty when we arrived. Everything was old, furniture, dishes, flooring etc. Location of the building was perfect, close to the beach and shopping.

The good: It’s a good, basic condo and a great location. The kitchen was well stocked and the decor was minimal, but nice. The bad: If you want a good night’s rest, this isn’t the place for you. The mattresses, particularly the master, are like a lumpy, somewhat deflated air mattress. It clearly leans to one side and so desperately needs to be replaced, it’s not even funny. One of the rooms also had bed bugs, which we didn’t discover until our trip was over and our kids who had slept in that bed were COVERED with bites (the bites don’t show up for a few days). I let management know on a Saturday (we were home), but they didn’t let the current renters know about the infestation until Monday, when they were on their way home. They did make it right and offered us a refund, so I greatly appreciated that as it is a considerable expense to now get our home taken care of.

Nice but could be better

Ocean Creek resort is great as a whole. The condo could use some work and updating. The pictures were true but deceiving. The furniture in person was older than it looked and the chairs were not very comfortable. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms are very small. The kitchen has everything you need but is small and very dated. The master bedroom and bath were very nice and all beds were very comfortable. The door to the balcony was very difficult to open and close but the balcony is great with a wonderful view. The doors covering the washer and dryer should probably be replaced. We had some issues with the TV but the realty company was very responsive in sending someone to work with us on the issues. The parking was great as was having security entering the resort. I would come back to Ocean Creek but maybe rent a different condo.

Our stay was fantastic. The home is adorable and cozy. We ha no problems getting access to the beach and relaxing. The area is beaitful and comfortable. We absolutely loved our time there. The wifi is fine, the TVs and services are fine too, all you'd expect! We recommend this adorable stay for a family time!

Ocean Creek is a beautiful setting for a relaxing vacation. The property was well cared for. It was walking distance to Barefoot Landing, which was good for teenagers. But the property is mostly elderly couples, so that's something to consider. Our condo was an affordable and convenient place for a 3 bedroom/3 bath. The condo was spacious, very clean, and the views were wonderful. Having a washer/dryer was great too. The condo could definitely use some updating in the the kitchen. There are limited supplies but enough to get you started. Bring your own beach towels and beach items. We didn't use the discounts to local attractions. Mostly for mini golf and the aquarium. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with no issues.
