A true OCEANFRONT unit overlooking the lagoon with uninhibited views of the white beaches & rolling Atlantic Ocean tides. This condo offers 1 Bed / 1 Bath plus a fully equipped kitchen with ample room for 6\. While you’re here be sure to check out all the amenities including the Lazy River, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Jacuzzies, Sport courts, Full Fitness Center, Play Areas, Snack Shack and Beach Bar Unit-205B Our Condo: This is an OCEANFRONT 2nd floor unit that sleeps 6\. There is One Bedroom with a Queen Bed, a Sleeper Sofa in the Main living area and a Bunk Bed set up in the entrance/hall area. What’s unique is the entrance/hall area has a door that can be closed making 3 separate sleeping areas all still having access to the bathroom making the space very efficient. The Condo is equipped with WIFI and Cable TV! We have 2 Flat screens located in the Bedroom and Main living area. In the kitchen you will find all the amenities needed to prepare full meals. Including pots, pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc. Along with a dish washer, full fridge with filtered water and Ice maker. Each stay includes linens, bath towels and a starting set up of paper products toilet paper, paper towels and makeup wipes. (Please bring beach towels, do not use bath towels outside of the unit) In the bath we have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, make up wipes and hand soap. For the Kiddies we have a Pack and Play, Highchair, for sets of utensils, and various beach toys that can be found in the closet. Please keep in mind that there are NO PETS permitted on the grounds at Myrtle Beach Resort (unless proper service animal paperwork can be provided). This is also a SMOKE FREE UNIT. \---------Myrtle Beach Resort has implemented a $10 per vehicle per day gate fee that is payable by credit/debit card at the gate upon arrival. 2 cars per condo max. But I will say if you’re planning on someone sleeping on the pullout couch… Beware. It was not very comfortable. Kids enjoyed the captain’s bunks. Master bed was comfortable. We loved splashing in the ocean and swimming in several of the pools. Lazy River was relaxing. All reviews regarding karaoke bar are accurate; you can hear it clear from the balcony and muffled from inside with balcony door closed. Saw dolphins from the balcony one morning! Early to bed and early to rise seemed to help us avoid busier times. We enjoyed several excursions and the drives were fine. Owner responded promptly to all inquiries. ##### David W. Quick to get to food, entertainment and only 4 miles from the airport. Morning walks on the beach were easy to access (quick walk across a bridge and your toes are in the sand). The property is just like the pictures and the space is well used. As noted by others, the on site bar was open until around 11pm, but we didnt mind at all because the sliding door is substantial enough to keep 90% of the karaokee noise out (free entertainment though!!) The owner responded very quickly to any question we had. We will be recommending this location and owner to others looking for a trip to Myrtle Beach! ##### Thomas C.
