Ocean View Luxury Condo in Royale Palms, Kingston Plantation, Myrtle Beach SC

Royale Palms is part of the 145 Acres of Kingston Plantation. Royale Palms is a beautiful and luxurious 24-story oceanfront condominium tower, which was built in 2007 attached to the Hilton Myrtle Beach Hotel and Conference Center. This condominium tower is located on a prime oceanfront beach in the middle of Myrtle Beach's Grand Strand. This 2 bedroom and 2 bath ocean view unit is a very spacious condo with one king bed in the master and two queen beds in the other bedroom. Both bedrooms have a TV and free wireless internet. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom with a jetted tub in the master bathroom. The kitchen comes fully equipped with appliances, and stocked with all basic necessities like plates, cups, silverware, serving spoons, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans. The living room has a couch that pulls out into a comfortable a sleeper sofa. The condo also has a dinning area that seats 8 and a spacious balcony.

Very spacious. Didn’t have enough towels for the number of guests staying. We got some from the cleaning people. Some beach rules for the area NO sun tents at all so don’t bring. There are beach chairs and umbrellas in closet,we had brought our own. Umbrella use only behind the paid ones and that’s far from the water. I would say they need to replace all mattresses. All three adults had sore backs in the morning. Beautiful place and views otherwise.

Did not get 3 keys

Rita, my host, asked me to leave all 3 keys in the condo. However, when I opened the lockbox, there was only 2 keys. I told her about this, but she did not respond. I hope I will not be charged for the loss of a key.

Great condo

Working with Rita was easy. She was always quick to answer any questions. Her condo was just as described on the website. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. We brought and used our own beach chairs, however there are chairs at the condo we could have used. Very pleased with this condo and would recommend it to others.

Wonderful location

We traveled to Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament. The property was so spacious, room for our family of five to stretch out and relax after a long, hot day at the ballfield. A short walk to the beach, chairs and umbrella provided by the host for use was an unexpected bonus! The location was great- a beautiful neighborhood and easy to get to any attractions, restaurants or stores that you would want. Condo is as lovely in person as it is in the pictures. Anything you needed to prepare your meals was in the kitchen. I can’t say enough good things about Rita’s condo, everything exceeded my expectations. We would love to come again for another relaxing weekend!

Best stay ever!

My husband, toddler, and I spent the weekend at this amazing condo! The host was extremely responsive and included a complimentary bottle of wine! This is quite possibly the cleanest rental we've ever stayed in - pristine! We loved that we had full control over the A/C. Check-in was seamless. Beds were comfortable and there are tvs in both bedrooms and the living room. This place is extremely spacious and family-friendly. It's quiet and in a great location. The trash chute is steps away from the front door which makes life easier as well. The only downside is that you don't get wristbands to access the Hilton pools (not the host's fault - it's a Hilton policy). Beach access was easy and there are a couple of restaurants and a coffee shop on site in the connecting Hilton. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in NMB! Thank you!

Beautiful property, great location, fantastic owner and condo. Elevator situation at Royale Palms needs attention. We have come to Royale Palms every year since 2015, every year there is never one day that all three elevators are functioning. I think it’s time to get them fixed! See you next year

Amazing stay!

You will LOVE this room. It was spotless and smelled so good upon arrival. The room was so spacious. The ocean view on the big balcony was perfect. The bottle of wine waiting on the kitchen countertop was a nice surprise. The BEST thing about this property was working with Rita. She was always so prompt in communicating with me. I will absolutely book with her again and stay in this room!

Very nice unit.

The property itself was wonderful and we really enjoyed the pool areas as well. Communication and check in were perfect. Everything in the unit was clean and in working order. My only complaint is not with the property itself but with the building. There are only 3 elevators for guests, and one of them was out for the duration of our stay. This resulted in extra long lines at the elevator, oftentimes 20+ people as this is a 24 story bldg.
