Then drove 6 hours to get there right at 4pm and no code. Tired to texted, email and call, they would not pick up the phone and then canceled my reservation. The condo was very ‘worn’ (extensive dirt/fingerprints on doors, sagging bedskirt, duck tape holding TV cord to the wall). There were no bed comforters when we checked in, they had to be brought by staff. Initial problem with a toilet that wouldn’t flush properly, took longer than expected to receive a response from management. Once contact was made, the problem was fixed quickly.
