Summary: This first floor, no stairs required, golf condo is located in one of the most popular golf resorts in Myrtle Beach! It is a highly desired and peaceful complex that brings in repeat visitors every year. This unit boasts a direct golf-front view. You will enjoy spending your vacation in this updated condo surrounded by greens, while only being a few miles away from our shoreline. This is the perfect spot for a family or couple golf/beach getaway! Minimum booking age: 25 \*\*NOTE: TREES BEHIND THIS UNIT ARE BEING REMOVED FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION\*\* The Space: It is our top priority to provide a clean and safe location for our guests. In addition to enhanced cleaning protocol from our professional cleaners, we provide a contact-free check in. The entrance-way is also in open air which allows you to avoid enclosed hallways/crowded check in areas! Parking: Easy access private parking lot. You will have 2 parking passes to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have motorcycles, golf carts, RVs, or boats kept in the parking lot. NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES. Entry: 1st floor unit. No stairs required! Self check-in with keypad. Kitchen: Fully stocked - includes cups, plates, utensils, coffee pot (uses filters), pots and pans, and more! Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay.
