Come enjoy our casual, family friendly condo with a beautiful oceanfront beach and pool view. The unit has been recently updated with all new flooring through out the entire condo, granite countertops, new kitchen appliances and newly renovated bathrooms with tile floors, tiled walk-in shower, new bathtub and vanities. The living room and all three bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs for all to enjoy. The 3 bedrooms with plenty of storage comfortably sleep 7 people all in beds. Master bedroom suite has a king size bed with private full bath, bedroom 2 has a queen bed with private ½ bath and bedroom 3 has a double and twin size bed. Oceanfront screened in porch off the living room and private balcony off master bedroom suite, both with panoramic ocean views are furnished with tables and comfortable chairs for your outdoor leisure. Additional features are a full size washer and dryer plus room for storage on the entry porch for beach gear.

Pelicans Landing is located in the desirable area of Arcadian Shores of Myrtle Beach. Our oceanfront condo with unobstructed views on the first floor is a great family getaway on the quiet dead end street Shore Drive. Pelicans Landing condo complex has been recently renovated with new windows, new sliding doors, new balconies, new flooring and fresh paint. Two pools with lounge chairs, barbeque grills, picnic tables, and children’s playground on this beautiful landscaped property are available for your use. Two elevators, luggage carts and covered parking are available for your convenience.

Straw Market across the street offers a mini market, Flip Flops Bar & Grill, golf cart, scooter and bike rentals, souvenirs, and take out foods. Ocean Annie's oceanfront beach bar and entertainment are steps away. Rent fishing gear and fish off Apache Pier, the East Coast's longest wooden pier, a short walk down the beach. Fishing charters, shopping including Tanger Outlets, groceries, golf and numerous entertainment venues are a short drive away. Spend an afternoon at Medieval Times, Pirates Voyage, Hollywood Wax Museum, Legends, mini golfing, Bear Foot Landing or Broadway at the Beach for shopping, dining, and family entertainment.

Condo was clean upon arrival. There was plenty of space for a family of 5. Everything mostly as expected. It’s a little out of the way to attractions and happenings but not bad. We enjoyed the pools atmosphere and beach access. Would have been 5 stars easy if the beds weren’t so hard.

Great vacation rental

This condo was great, it’s all new and updated and decorated beautifully. The kitchen is stocked well with anything you would need to cook. We have been to pelicans before and this condo is definitely one of the nicer ones. Ron and Carol made the whole process very easy.

Amazing!

We used to stay every year at Pelicans Landing in a unit owned by a friend of my husband! He sold his unit and we haven’t been back in a few years! When we found this unit we were ecstatic! It was nextdoor to the unit we always rented! Our stay this time was perfect! It is the cleanest rental I have ever been in! The location is perfect and we had everything we needed! We love this place and are so happy we have found another unit to hopefully be able to come back to every year!

Great condo and vacation June 2023

The condo is in a low-rise building we were on the first floor overlooking the pool right off the elevator though there was no noise. Very convenient to get to the pool and the beach within 2 to 5 minutes. The owner has extra chairs and Beach shovels and buckets for the kids. Plenty of towels. The condo is perfect actually seem better than the pictures. Nice to have the laundry right there in the condo so we can keep things dry. definitely recommend this condo

Annual family trip

We stay at Pelicans landing every year and always have a freat experience. This ywar the unit we stayed in fitnour needs perfectly. We have stayed there before and fornthe last fee ywars weve had family stay in that unit. Always a wonderful time. Owners are fabulous to deal with and their condo is well taken care of ans feels like home.

Girls trip 2022

Had such a fantastic week with the girls at this condo. Wonderful area and oceanfront views were great! Unit was laid out well and mostly clean. We did find dirt/dust along the baseboards and beside dressers but nothing we couldn’t wipe up quickly ourselves. We did get a surprise visit from some very large cockroaches over the course of the week. Check in/check out was easy and fast. Beach access was super close and pool was great. Overall would stay here again.

Our family loved this condo! It had an amazingly beautiful view to the ocean with palm trees and dunes. Kitchen had everything you needed and your own laundry. The elevator and grocery carts really helped with loaded and unloaded your gear. The place was well maintained. Will definitely stay here again. Thank you for the use of your beautiful condo!

Myrtle Beach Rental

This three bedroom condo, two bathrooms, was very clean and a wonderful location for a family vacation. We had four adults and one child that was two. The condo is on the first floor and was so convenient for parking and going to the beach. I would highly recommend this unit and look forward to return next year.
