Our grands loved riding their scooters, and it was a short walk to the pools and beach. The owner, Mark, communicated with us both timely and professionally. He was great to deal with and even got us in a bit early for checkin. We are most of our meals in, and we’re able to make everything from pancakes to grilled fajitas and guac. Bedrooms were beautifully appointed and the beds were comfortable. Lots of room in the living room for our grands to play. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised that the house was even nicer in person than the pictures depicted. We had plenty of room and the young grandkids LOVED the pool. In addition, you have access to the pools at the resort and the beach, all within easy walking distance - the 4 year old and the 73 year old (me) both easily walked from the house, through the pool area to the beach, waded a few minutes, and walked back. The house had everything we needed and plenty of seating, both indoors and outdoors. This is the best equipped and laid out house I have ever rented for a larger group. We have stayed in the condos several times as well as in the private houses. This has, by far, been our best experience. Check-in was a breeze. The home was exactly like advertised. The bed, furnishings and linens were comfortable. Compared to other places, the kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The management was extremely responsive and hospitable. It was a very short walk to the pool area/beach and even young ones are fine with the walk, although, you can also drive and park in the towers if that suits you.
