The name of the building is Meridian Plaza and the unit is on the 11th floor. Key Highlights: \*Direct Oceanfront unit \*Indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs \*No streets to cross to access the beach \*Fully stocked kitchen for all your kitchen needs \*free WIFI \*2 full beds and a pull out sofa bed in the living room \*coin operated washers and dryers in the building \*Smart TV in living room and TV in bedroom \*Full bathroom with 2 sinks \*1 free parking spot in parking garage across the street \*restaurants in walking distance from unit Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations. About the condo: Direct oceanfront, one bedroom/one bathroom located right on the Ocean with a very nice balcony right on the ocean. The name of the building is Meridian Plaza. We just remodeled this unit in 2022 with new tile and painting throughout as well as a completely redone bathroom with new 2 sink vanity, shower, toilet with upgraded furniture! Meridian Plaza is one of the most established resorts in the center of the beach resort area. It is located within a short walk to tons of activities including amusements, shops, restaurants, arcades as well as \`Broadway at the Beach\` are all near by. Also a short distance away you will find The Carolina Opry, The Legends, The Palace Theater, Ripley\`s Aquarium, Magi-Quest and the IMAX Movie Theater and many more activities. Meridian is just a few blocks to the new boardwalk. This unit is one of the best decorated & well maintained units in the entire building. There is a full kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher and a number of small appliances. There is a smart TV in the living room and the bedroom has a flat screen TVs. We recently replaced the AC to be quieter. There are 2 full beds in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The unit looks gorgeous and ready for your enjoyment. Free wireless internet is also available inside the unit. Enjoy the sound & spectacular view of the Atlantic ocean from your private balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen. The resort has both indoor & outdoor pools and hot tubs. There is a beautiful beach and oceanfront lawn area with comfortable lounge chairs that will make this place a memorable and relaxing vacation resort. Guests have access to all the amenities in the property. The minimum age to rent this condo is 25 years old. No pets are permitted! This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies. This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300. You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old. There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met: • No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in • Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner • All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly • No linens or household items are missing or damaged • No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner • The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies • No pets of any kind are kept on premises • No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium • Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit • You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner Cancellation Policy: • You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in • You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in • If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in • We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in. Tenant agrees to the following: 1\. Maintain the premises in good condition. 2\. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner. 3\. The neighborhood and building are a little dated. During our stay, the building was being re-faced so there were a lot of construction workers, noise and equipment during the day. Also, the adjacent pier construction limited beach access to only one direction.The unit itself was adequate for our needs but quite small, with a tiny balcony. ##### Joe T. It was clean, but needed some deep cleaning. The beds were comfy, wasn't sure about the door being in the bedroom, but it was very quiet there so it wasn't a problem.The door needs to be sealed as a draft came through. Beds are quite comfortable and the air conditioning works really well, doesn't feel at all damp like many beach hotels do. Kitchen is very small but manageable for a vacation stay. The pull out sofa is a plus but a bit weak so best for your little kids to be on and have fun. The patio outside is the luxury here as it is relaxing and a nice overlook for the beach. Meridian plaza itself is very nice. Pools are clean and hot tub is very hot! The attached store is great to have and parking is easy. Overall it was a pleasant stay. ##### Thomas M. Beds and pillows excellent. Renovated washroom. Kitchen had issues. Two stove burners not working. Cupboard door was falling off. No place to store groceries.
