This condo is located in Maison Sur Mer on the 23rd floor, which is considered Ocean Front Living at it's FINEST! This 2BR/2BA condo is extremely large and spacious with covered balconies off each room. The balconies include a full view that you can't find anywhere else in Myrtle Beach. The best Oceanside pool in Myrtle. Game rooms and fitness room included. The Space: BED & BATH The VIEW has isolated split bedroom suites; one of the large bedrooms suite has a private bath, walk-in closet, balcony access and a King sized bed. The large guest bedroom suite has a private bath, balcony access, and 2 Queen sized beds. LIVING AREA The living room is situated with a sofa, two sitting chairs and an ottoman, large flat screen TV with cable access on our beautiful entertainment stand. Our large central living room is the perfect spot to kick back and relax while watching TV or enjoying the oceanfront views, with access to the private balcony through the sliding glass doors. Other in-suite amenities include a full-size washer and dryer, large central living room, central air conditioning and heat, cable TV, and WIFI. We used to stay at different friends condos but decided we wanted to be on the beach. This was by far the nicest place we stayed. Spacious floor plan and plenty of balcony space. This was our first time staying at the Maisons property but not our first in North Myrtle Beach. The condo was super clean, comfortable, beautifully-decorated, and the views were fabulous (especially of the 4th of July fireworks from the beach in front of the property!!) Stacey was a very gracious host, providing info about local events in and around the property, and even offering to help us recover a personal item left after we vacated. My only regret was not having MORE time at the property, as we were in town for an event at the convention center that took up most of our days. Host was very responsive and I loved that they had frames scattered around each room with fun facts about the building and it’s history. The only suggestion I have would be to have 2 key fobs because it is needed to get in the building and going in and out of the gate down to the beach. For our family of 6 it definitely would have been helpful to have an extra. Fortunately, there were usually people around to open the gate if one of us didn’t have the fob. The pool and bar were great and the building was very nice. They were doing some remodeling in the lobby and common areas and I would love to come back and see it completed. The unit was incredibly clean and well kept. This was a great place for our family. Even in the middle of the summer Shore Dr has a secluded feeling to it and doesn’t feel crowded. We had a great experience at the unit. the owners were excellent communicators and prompt responses were received when we had questions. The view and balcony is wonderful. I am thankful that I got to experience it first. Stacey is an amazing host, providing every amenity necessary for a great stay, very attentive and responsive. My initial stay was so delightful that I couldn't resist extending it further, all thanks to the exceptional accommodations and service provided. Stacey displayed remarkable responsiveness to my inquiries and graciously offered valuable recommendations for local restaurants and activities especially after the airport lost my luggage and she pointed me in the direction of necessary services. The unit itself, as well as the entire building, exudes a captivating sense of history, with each corner adorned with framed artwork that preserves and shares the memories of those who once called this apartment their home. The breathtaking views from both balconies are unparalleled, while the convenient beach access adds an extra touch of convenience and tranquility for daily beach strolls. The onsite staff members were consistently warm and approachable. Great food and music within walking distance.
