Très bon rapport qualité/prix. La chambre, assez spacieuse, était très propre. Les accessoires de literie et de chambre de bain étaient de qualité. Le déjeuner était très bien, la dame qui s'en occupait était très efficace et très cordiale. L'hôtel est situé près des grandes routes donnant accès, en auto, à beaucoup de restaurants et commerces; pas vraiment possible de prendre des marches autour. Should probably be demolished. The hotel wasn't actually a Holiday Inn Express, but was actually a Comfort Inn & Suites. The beds collapsed if I sat on the edge, the carpets were stained and disgusting, the spa tub had no faucet and could not be used, the breakfast was subpar, and the pool was closed which was probably because the water was green. This caused a big confusion 2) Carpets/walls were all dirty, every floor (I walked all floors). Carpets don't appear to be vacuumed 3) Pool Closed 4) Work out room had a broken AC unit, on the 5th floor, in the South! Felt like a sauna, so couldn't be used 5) Water fountains broken 6) Ice maker broken 7) I don't see anywhere in the advertisement the mention of pets. Dogs were allowed. Our first room smelled heavily of wet dog. Had to switch rooms. Multiple dogs were there. I like dogs, but you have to let me know they are allowed I can understand why a lot of these issues are not going to be fixed because an employee told me that next month, they are changing names again to Comfort Inn and that they will be going through renovations. The pool wasn’t open. The drinking fountain wasn’t working. There was no coffee in the room and the keys didn’t work. The business center was a disaster, the printer wasn't working and no method was installed to protect sensitive documents. There was a credit letter on the desktop! Identity theft was not far away. Had to print boarding passes at the front desk. The breakfast wasn't very good either, the eggs tasted like styrofoam. And best of all, the staff were efficient and friendly.
