The location is great with many restaurants and the boardwalk within walking distance. Broadway on the Beach is a short drive away with good restaurants and amusement rides.The condo is self was the perfect size for 3 people. The girls used the bedroom and I slept on the sofa/pullout bed in the living room. A family of 4 or more would probably be a tight fit. There is a galley kitchen separating the bedroom from the living room with doors at both ends. The kitchen has a full size fridge and an oven, 12 cup coffee maker, plus silverware, plates, glasses, etc. If you plan on cooking some during your stay, there is no counter space in the kitchen for food prep. I actually had to set the coffee maker on the stove in order to make a cup of coffee. We didn't cook, we walked to different restaurants each night for dinner. The balcony was perfect to enjoy sunrise and sunsets over the ocean. Beach was never crowded and the girls said the pool was nice. They especially enjoyed reading in the hammock. This was the perfect size for us and will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. ##### Tawanna R.
