Other Things to Note: All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check in by 4pm. Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls. For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units. Upon check in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee. Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach. Room overall was clean but could use a deep clean and some fresh painting in places. The only true negative was at check out, it took us an hour and a half to go down on the elevators twice. There were so many different cleaners going up and down and others trying to check out, it was truly a nightmare but didn't spoil an overall great trip for us! We recently stayed here for spring break and were very pleased! Great location and we were able to walk the beach about a mile to the ferris wheel and boardwalk. The area did not seem overly busy (like Florida usually is) and we never had to fight for a pool chair or spot on the beach. We had our small dog with us and the hotel and area is very pet-friendly! They had a large grassy designated place for pets to go potty and dogs were allowed on the beach which was great. Many stores had water bowls out and pet friendly signs to welcome four legged friends. The unit itself was clean and decorated very well! The floor-to-ceiling window overlooking the ocean couldn't have been a better view! Although the kitchen was small, there was an abundance of appliances, pans and utensils to cook with. The only downfall was there is no dishwasher which was a. bit unexpected in a unit that sleeps 6\. The unit description does not list one, but it is definitely something I assumed most hotel/condos these days have so I never noticed it missing from the listing. We made it work and a sponge was provided. The indoor/outdoor pools were great. The hotel is in need of a little updating/painting, but all in all, this was a great vacation! If you are into finding shark teeth, the beachfront is loaded with them. We hit the jackpot when we even found a great white tooth! Thanks for a great stay! ##### Amber B.
