The Space:

Your oceanfront condominium offers an open-concept living space, seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room, all oriented towards stunning ocean views.



Key features include:

Kitchen: Well-equipped with white cabinetry, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, 2-burner stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker with K-Cups, basic cooking spices, and complimentary snacks.

Living Area: Comfortable sofa, coffee bar, 60" Smart Flatscreen TV (Netflix, Disney+, Roku, cable), floor lamp, and a light-up TV console with a heater.

Dining: Dining table seating four, perfect for meals with a view.

Comfort: Dual AC units with adjustable AC and heat for optimal climate control.

Primary Bedroom: Large upholstered king-size bed, flatscreen TV, nightstands, dresser, and a closet with hangers and an iron. Linens are supplied.

Bathroom: Long vanity with a lit makeup mirror, toilet, tub/shower combo, hairdryer, and essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap). Fresh hand and bath towels, along with washcloths, are provided.

Private Balcony: Oceanfront, furnished with two white chairs and a small side table, ideal for enjoying sunrises and ocean sounds.



Guest Access:

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire condo unit and its private oceanfront balcony. Additionally, you'll enjoy unrestricted access to the resort's numerous onsite amenities:

For parking, a pass will be provided inside the condo and must be displayed in your vehicle's rearview mirror at all times. Free onsite parking is available, and a secured parking garage is located directly across the street, accommodating cars, trucks, SUVs, motorcycles, and golf carts. Please note that trailers are not permitted on the property; recommendations for off-site trailer storage can be provided.
