On top of that our pass would not let us in gift shop. The good was the view. This is my 6 th trip through VRBO and all my other trip were perfect. Oh and bathroom door would not shut and the walls actually had food on them and kitchen faucet leaked. But i love the beach, but will never stay there again. ##### Suezette M. They were horrible at communication and also, the room is not what they made it to be. There were six people and only one elevator card there were two TV's and one remote. The amenities that they say are included were not. So we couldn't use anything at the hotel except the pools. I was not please with the service. It says somewhere on one of the drop downs that the amenities of the resort are not included. However, they do not tell you that you will NOT be able to purchase food or drink from the restaurants/cafes/bar on the resort. I wish I had known this prior to my booking as I would have went elsewhere. My mother arrived prior to me getting there and was refused when she attempted to buy a bottle of water. On top of this, the place was disgusting. There was mildew all over the shower curtain. There was what looked to be an old banana in the corner of the room. The air conditioner vents had not been cleaned in who knows how long, and behind the murphy bed was very dirty as well. The murphy bed did not have sheets, only two blankets which I am not certain were clean. The sheets on the one bed were blood stained and there was a pillow that had nasty yellow sweat stains all over it. There is no cleaning service throughout your stay. You will need to bring paper towels, toilet paper and other items as these will not be replenished by the hotel when they run out. The room was exactly as advertised. We loved the pools and hot tubs, the beautiful oceanfront view with balcony, and the easy beach access. It’s walking distance to Kingdom Family Amusement Park and an easy drive to the many parking lots close to the boardwalk. If you book this room through vrbo, you won’t have access to the resort’s restaurants or bars, but that was no problem for us since we were warned about it on the listing. ##### Davonna T.
