Condo was not cleaned prior to my arrival. When I arrived all the bed sheets were laying on the floor and all the bath towels were laying on the floor and the kitchen floor was incredibly sticky. I sent pictures to management and they couldn't understand at first what the issue was I had to explain to them the issue and that the condo was disgusting. They sent 2 housekeepers that were managers and they too could not believe the state of the condo. One of the managers mentioned that she was last notified to clean my condo on Friday 7/31/26 and that the next check in was me on 8/3/26. She was not informed that the condo was rented out between the Friday check out and my Sunday check in. Also, if you plan to cook make sure to bring seasonings, coffee/tea and sugar as none of that is offered. First time I've stayed at an vacation rental that the minor basic necessaities were not provided. Honestly, I'd never stay with this establishment again.
