Only complaints would be there’s only 1 parking spot but you can park close by on the public street. The AC was 12 degree difference from the back of the condo to the front & dryer needs to be set multiple times to dry. Owner sent out the Maintence guy for the AC right away! We booked this location because we were supposed to have four more family members come but we’re unable to join us due to an illness. We still had a great time. Every detail had been thought of. The condo is clean. The location is perfect. Not one complaint. The community was welcoming and quiet. This is our 3rd summer back at the same one. Great Vacation home! All of the necessities were present as well as extras. Upgraded unit with clean and comfortable atmosphere. Walk to the beach was further than anticipated but definitely not bad with sidewalks and the use of a BeachBuggy. Extra chairs and pool toys came in handy! Owner provided linens, towels were clean and excellent shape! Balcony view of ocean was ideal. Location, amenities, decor and all the comforts of home. A short walk to the beach and very close to Publix, Food Lion and restaurants. Kristie was quick to respond when I had questions. If you need to get an Amazon delivery, make sure to add a note asking them to deliver it to the door. If not, it can get put into the mailbox and that’s a pain (trust me 🤣). We are already planning our trip to stay here next year! ##### Amy A. Since it is an end unit, we were far from the elevator noise and we had ocean views from two bedrooms, the living room and the beautiful balcony. The full kitchen and utensils made it easy to prepare meals. It did get a bit crowded when two or more of us moved around in the smallish space, but we made it work. Did i mention there are three bedrooms? Nowhere else on vrbo did we find a three bedroom, two full bath condo with a view of the beach for this price! Bring your own soap and shampoo, but everything else will be waiting for you in this unit. We enjoyed our stay and will try to book this unit again when we go back to Myrtle Beach. ##### Craig O.
