LIVING AREAS \- The living space offers floor to ceiling ocean view windows with balcony access, smart TV, board games and plenty of seating to relax after a long day in the sun! \- Sip your coffee or cocktail and listen to the waves crash while sitting on the private balcony. \- Queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sheets and pillows are provided and are located in the primary bedroom closet. BEDROOMS \- Primary bedroom with 1 king bed, smart TV, private bathroom and floor to ceiling windows with balcony access. \- Second bedroom with 1 full bed, 1 full over full bunk bed and smart TV. \- Brand new pillows in both bedrooms. ABOUT THE RESORT The Bay View on the Boardwalk offers an oceanfront poolscape including a brand new outdoor swimming pool, hot tub and fire pit and an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, lazy river and kiddie pool. Enjoy life-size games of chess and checkers, Starbucks downstairs in the building, shuffleboard overlooking Ocean Boulevard and a fully equipped fitness center. After a long day at the pool or beach, check out the 1.2 miles long Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Boardwalk, a lengthy stretch that provides pristine views of the entire beach line and direct access to numerous shops and restaurants as well as the Myrtle Beach SkyWheel - all walking distance from the condo! We had to wash the sheets and pillowcases that has stains on everything. Nothing was wiped down. Shower was dirty. The condo itself is fine, but the cleanliness is poor, and the maintenance and organization of the cabinets and storage are disastrous. The key card didn't work at all; we had to request a replacement from the building office. It was beautifully decorated, the furniture was well suited to the place, and the owner seems to care well for it. The attention to detail is fair- there are items for the beach, games in case of rain, and kitchen necessities are thoughtful. We were disappointed that the “master” bedroom ceiling had mold. And the bathroom sink in there didn’t have hand soap, only about 1/10th of a bottle and it was watered down. The other bathroom sink dripped. Only other complaint is that the elevators are soooo slow. You will wait a long time for one. Not the condo owners fault though!! It was still somewhere I would stay again. The balcony was the show stopper- I spent most of my condo time there. Great view there and the furniture is so comfy! Also very close walk to the boardwalk!
