That mouse feces on the dirty pull out really set the tone. The hand towel hooks were ripped out, not replaced. The glass planter is falling off of the wall above the toilet, it’s poorly managed / owned by Vacasa who “didn’t have information” about where a key was to the beach closet, they made no attempt to get with the owner while my items were locked (locks from inside) There was a big storm and the sliding glass door and window to the left took on water FYI, needs caulking. Main shower is not for tall people, not an issue just an FYI. Honestly it was way overpriced and I feel embarrassed bringing my family here, no idea how their reviews are that good. The check in instructions say to take the elevator, there isn’t one. The door code was 10 digits so memorizing it wasn’t easy. The AC worked well, floors were nice, beds were lower quality but not the worst. For a party of four, we were only provided with three washcloths and told to check the closets, after already stating I checked and they were empty—I ended up using a large rag all week. The kitchen needs serious attention: the knives were so dull they were basically unusable, and the nonstick coating on the pans was peeling, making them unsafe to cook with.The couch had a strong musty, mildewy odor that made the main living area uncomfortable to use. There was also no first aid kit available, which became a real concern after someone in our group got a minor cut from the exposed metal siding on the oven.There are three flights of stairs, so anyone with mobility concerns should be aware. The garage space is also quite tight—our trunk hit the top, so you have to open it very carefully. The door lock felt loose and wasn’t the easiest to use, which made our check-in tricky.Customer service was disappointing. I initially received generic, robotic responses from multiple Vacasa reps, and after being told the local team would follow up, I heard nothing for four days. Not my first bad experience with Vacasa either. This property could be much better with proper maintenance and attention to guest communication, but as it stands, I wouldn’t recommend it. ##### Calista H. We felt AC noise was more, but there are many fans available we turned off the AC after sometime. Great view and easy parking. The home was clean and spacious. Everything we needed as for stores, was close by. We will definitely stay here again if given the opportunity. ##### Farren L.
