It was centrally located and on the beach. I needed a place where I could travel up and down the Grand Strand to play the multiple golf courses I played during a week long golf tournament. We a had a good time. The condo was very clean. There seems to be a remodel in progress. Kitchen was done, bathroom is mostly done. But place was perfect for a small family. The resort had all the amenities that you would want. Overall, even with a tropical storm, we had a great time. ##### Jason B. Excellent Value. The view from this apartment is amazing (180 degree view of the ocean). The balcony is private and the apartment is clean. The interior is not perfect but for the price it deserves 5 stars. The host is very fast to respond to any questions or issues that may arise. We had a very nice stay here. ##### David J.
