This 2nd row, 6 bedroom/6.5-bathroom beach house can comfortably accomodate up to 16 people. There are no hotels or high-rise buildings nearby so beach overcrowding is never an issue. Rare large private pool area with ample seating for 16, featuring outside shower, luxury brick pavers that are comfortable on bare feet, privacy fencing, spacious covered and uncovered outdoor areas. Additional features include a extra large balconies, a ground floor storage room with beach gear, gas grill, and 2 laundry areas for added convenience. Partial ocean views on the third story complete this meticulously-maintained beach rental. Less than a 60 second walk to the beach and a few blocks to Surfside Beach's entertainment district, including the newly built Surfside Pier. This stretch of Surfside has no visible power lines for pristine views. No pets and no smoking. Elevator not available after 2024. I asked about it before reserving the house and was told it was working. 3 days after making the final payment I received an email telling me the elevator wasn't working.
