The balcony offers a breathtaking backdrop for morning coffee or evening cocktails, providing a tranquil retreat from the excitement of the day. As part of the resort, you’ll have access to all its amenities, including pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, sports courts, and direct beach access. Whether you're relaxing indoors or enjoying the views outside, this 21st-floor condo guarantees an unforgettable vacation experience. Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies: \- 8 bath towels \- 4 long hand towels \- 6 wash clothes \- 1 kitchen hand towel \- 1 kitchen washcloth \- 2 soap bars per bathroom \- 1 dishwasher detergent \- 1 paper towel \- 1 toilet paper per bathroom \- 1 trash bag per trash can A departure clean is included in your stay. There are coin/card laundry facilities on-site in each building \* All guests staying will have access to every amenity (when open). \* The lazy river (located behind the A Building opens 4/1) and oceanfront pool (located in front of the A Building will be open year-round) \* The pool located behind the A building between the Lazy River and the A building is heated. \* The indoor pool and hot tub located in the B Building are open year-round. \* The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub located in the Five Seasons Center will be open year-round. Non-umbrellas and umbrellas larger than 7 ½ feet in diameter are not permitted on the beach, with the exception of infant tents no larger than 4 feet wide by 3 feet deep and 3 feet high. Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents. Rental agreement must be signed within 3 days of booking to ensure a seamless check-in process. We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.) Beginning January 1st, 2025 a parking fee of $5 per vehicle/per day will be charged at the security gate via credit/debit card. You will receive a hang tag from the security gate with the dates of your stay. Please have the parking pass displayed at all times while on the resort property. This is a Myrtle Beach Resort policy and not by Myrtle Beach Management. Guests are not permitted to bring a trailer on the property except during the official Myrtle Beach BIKE WEEK (Spring: May 9-18 Fall: Sept. 26- Oct. 5) and the trailer is not to exceed 18 feet from the tip of the hitch to the back of the trailer. Jul 11, 2025 Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Sitting water, roaches and God awful beds When we arrived with our son's we were happy with the location and overall pathetic. It was a bit more dated than the pictures let on though. Baseboards and several of the rooms were also swollen and cracked with water damage. Before we even got through our first day, we opened up the dishwasher and found several inches of sitting water that started to pour onto the kitchen floor. We contacted the company and were told that a maintenance person would come out the following morning. We set alarms and got up early despite being tired to meet the maintenance man just to be met with messages that morning stating that he was running late. We again changed our plans and waited for him. The bed in the master bedroom is absolutely awful. This is quite literally the worst sleep I've had on a trip in probably the last decade. The mattress was incredibly cheap and painful. The worst part about this property and its management that has me writing this review is that despite the sitting water and us being flexible with that, and the other handful of inconveniences and discomforts, it was still pretty reasonable and we were relatively pleased. UNTILI was in the spare bathroom and a roach went running across the floor. I again texted the company with a picture and was told that they don't tend to things like that and to contact a different company. We had already lost so much time. We did not contact anyone and no effort was made to move us or apologize for the roaches. Stay away. ##### Rodolfo M.
