Nice beach and very easy access to grocery, restaurants, etc... We filled the house to capacity and while a bit crowded, it was worth it to be right on the beach. The house definitely is showing some age including some mold in the 3rd floor bathroom which should be addressed but overall it was fine. The main TV in the living room didn't work but thankfully we had an HDMI cable to connect to a laptop the one time we wanted to use it when an important game was coming on. Some other minor issues include the knob on the beach side spigot has rusted off (very sharp and dangerous for little kids) and while the rental agency says their houses don't come with a grill, this house a charcoal grill permanently installed. I don't want to dwell on negatives because if we return to the area we would certainly look at this house again. You can’t beat the location and the views are incredible. This house has everything you need with five bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The living space is big enough so everyone can eat together and hang out together. We had 10 of us staying here and there was plenty of space.
