You’ll love my place because of the unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean and the central location. My place is great for families with kids, large groups, reunions and business travelers. This is a 3 BR/2 BA unit with a king bed in the master and 2 queen beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms. We have a fully stocked kitchen, dining room, WIFI and a Flat Screen TVs in each bedroom/living room and a private balcony. About the condo: This is 1282 sq ft 3 bedroom/2 bathroom 8th floor condo located in the most desirable area of the north side of Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 12 people comfortably. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room with a DVD player and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. Enjoy a great view of the Ocean from your master bedroom and the living area in this angled ocean view property. The resort is ideally situated in the exclusive north-end residential section of Myrtle Beach known as \`The Golden Mile\`, which adds to the level of luxury associated with your stay at the Dunes Village Resort. Our condominium features three bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a private bath and a king size bed. The other two bedrooms feature 2 queen-size beds in each with access to the second bathroom. The living area has a flat screen TV, dinning room and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washer/dryer in the unit and free WIFI. Enjoy stunning oceanfront views from your private balcony. Take advantage of unlimited access to Dunes Village Resort\`s large indoor heated water park that includes a 250 ft Lazy River, three Jacuzzi hot tubs, two adult-size Water Slides, a children\`s pool and a game room with pool tables and other games. The Resort offers a fully equipped exercise room, a full-service restaurant that includes a lunch and dinner menu, pool bar and food service and Seattle\`s Best breakfast/coffee facility. About the resort: The Resort is located on the beach at 5300 N Ocean Blvd and considered to be one of the best resorts in Myrtle Beach. And the location is perfect--you’re just far enough from downtown so that you can enjoy some peace and quiet on the beach while still being close enough to all the major attractions. You’re only a 10-minute drive from downtown and 10-15 minutes from everything else in Myrtle Beach. There’s also plenty to do right by the resort or just a short walk over on Kings Highway/Business 17\. The amenities in the resort are great too. There\`s a great gym and a game room plus 2 indoor water parks with tons of things to do as well as 6 outdoor pools, kiddie pools and SPAs, a 170’ Lazy River and a basketball court. About the area: There are many fun-filled family activities within a short distance from the condo. The Family Kingdom, a family theme park is only a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. There are also miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all at your doorsteps. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and Broadway at the Beach. Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. This property is Smoke Free. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room or on the balcony. This unit comes with 3 covered parking spaces. Guests have access to all onsite amenities. You must be 25 years old to rent this unit. This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies. This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300. You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old. There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met: • No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in • Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner • All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly • No linens or household items are missing or damaged • No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner • The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies • No pets of any kind are kept on premises • No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium • Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit • You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner Cancellation Policy: • You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in • You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in • If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in • We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in. Tenant agrees to the following: 1\. Maintain the premises in good condition. 2\. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner. 3\. Master bedroom was large with king bed & the master bathroom was a good size. 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds & an adjoining door to 2nd bathroom. 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds. Shared the master bath with us. The condo is a decent size for a family with children. Not very good size if it was to accommodate 10 adults. Kitchen is small if you are a family that wants to prepare meals while on vacation. We ate breakfast and lunch in the condo everyday & prepared dinner 3 nights. The table sets 6\. The living room has a sofa and 2 chairs. Not a very large arear for all adults. The balcony has a nice sideview of the ocean. Nice to sit out on for coffee or drinks but not large enough for meals. The Dunes has a great beach area and waterpark. Which is why we pick this resort. We rented a cabana by the pool for 2 days because of the small children. It comes with 2 lounge chairs & large cooler with ice. You can bring your own drinks and food to the pool area. Next time I will rent one for the whole stay. The cost was $75 a day & well worth the money to have shade. Small gift shop on 2nd floor with necessities of you run out. Prices were very reasonable. My wife and I did a quick sweep through the place and were satisfied with that. The wifi does not work at all whatsoever, but we knew that from the 1st time we stayed, so we just used hotspot and honestly never even turned on the tvs anyway. The prices on the restaurant have gone up but totally worth the price ! Food was fabulous! The utensils have dwindled down a little bit but we werent without what we could make work. We didnt leave to adventure out for 4-5 days bc the kids LIVED in the pools so that actually saved us time, frustration and money and everyone had such a good time.There def needs to be some maintenence on the room like some of the sink plugs have been broken off for a while so jewelry could easily fall down the drains so we were very careful about that but all the good far outweighs the bad so we will book again. We rated 4 stars last time and had so much fun, we bumped it up to 5 stars this time ! We are even looking for a house to buy in the surrounding areas ! ##### Timothy C. The condo itself was spacious and clean however there were a couple issues (large piece of carpet pulled up in balcony, towel holder pulled out of wall, dishwasher didnt work at all). We contacted the property owners and they had someone their immediately to fix what needed, without any issue. They were a pleasure to rent from and we definitely would again in the future. Right when we got to room the 2 lights wouldn't work. Noticed a huge scratch on tv. Toilet seat grossly discolored. Noticed couple tiles in bathroom loose/broken. I did message about scratch on tv and the lights issue. Also an issue with fridge drawer being broken. A guy had to come out couple times to fix the issue with the lights. Then in the evening I noticed the tv in the rooms didn't really work well. The network wasn't working with them. One tv stand in bedroom was broken so very wobbly. A DVD player in living room didn't work at all, would not open. At this point whatever was wrong we would just deal with bc I'm not caring at this point in our vacation. Again noticed a leaking pipe under the sink. They had something underneath so they knew about it leaking. The jacuzzi tub did work perfectly. So my daughters really enjoyed that. We had issue with a cabana we rented with the tv not working; must be an entire resort issue. Our disabled father watches tv so that's why we got the cabana. So that was disappointing. We were sad that there was no mini golf on property. They were painting and doing other things so that wasn't available. The water parks were great no issue. Again leaving on check out day, issue finding a luggage cart... it was just okay. Definitely shouldn't be so much issues in the room so hopefully next person can have no issues ##### Joshua B.
