This condo has the largest floor plan with an unobstructed view of the Ocean. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room with a DVD player and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. We have 2 units in this building, including 3 bedroom/2 bath unit which is this unit and a 3 bedroom/3 bath unit. They are units 306 and 701\. This is a direct oceanfront 1300 sq ft 3 bedroom/2 bathroom 3rd floor condo located in the most desirable part of the north side of Myrtle Beach and sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. This condo has the largest floor plan with an unobstructed view of the Ocean. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a granite countered full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room with a DVD player and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. The master bedroom has a king bed with an in room private bathroom and private balcony. There is a queen bed in the second bedroom and 2 full beds in the third bedroom. These bedrooms have access to the second bathroom. Every bedroom has a flat screen TV with a dresser and closet that gives you plenty of room for your person belongings. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and snacks for you family including dishes, silverware, serving and cooking utensils, cookware, serving plates along with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, blender and toaster. The unit is also equipped with a stack-able washer/dryer, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and wireless internet access. The resort offers many amenities including multiple pools including indoor and outdoor pools, a 200 ft lazy river, a kid's splash pool and hot tub. Connected to the property is a new water park that features a large swimming pool and many water based activities featuring a 60 ft tube slide. In addition there is an exercise room, game room, meeting rooms, gift shop and informal lounge. About the area: There are many fun filled family activities a short distance from the condo. The Pavilion, a family theme park is a short walk away. There’s also Ripley’s Aquarium featuring thousands of sea creatures. The area is filled with miniature golf courses, shops, water parks, mini-race tracks and eateries all just a short distance from your doorstep. There are shows playing at the Carolina Opry Theater, The Legend, and NASCAR. The Sea Captain an award wining seafood restaurant located adjacent to this building. Myrtle Beach is a golf haven with over a 100 golf courses to choose from, all within a short drive from the condo. There are many restaurants and shops to fit every taste. We’re certain that you’ll enjoy your stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom oceanfront condo. This property is Smoke Free. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas. You must be over 25 years of age to book this condo. This unit comes with 3 covered parking spots. This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies. This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300. You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old. There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met: • No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in • Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner • All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly • No linens or household items are missing or damaged • No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner • The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies • No pets of any kind are kept on premises • No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium • Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit • You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner Cancellation Policy: • You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in • You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in • If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in • We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in. Tenant agrees to the following: 1\. Maintain the premises in good condition. 2\. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner. 3\. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time. 4\. Excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file or retained from the damage deposit. 5\. Ceiling was chipping with drywall , looked like it’d been like that for a while. Door to laundry was missing Dishwasher was missing some rollers ( they were left in the machine) ) doors , trim looked like it was original, many other small areas that could use updated. The condo was very clean and nice view of the ocean. There were some sand toys and several canvas chairs to use at the beach if you are flying... that is helpful to know. For us the living area was a little small as we had previously rented houses but when the weather was great it didn't really matter. We had two rainy days so it was close quarters then. Could use some better games and perhaps some updated kitchen pans along with some extra silverware. We did not have a lot of crowds at the end of September which was great and the pools were open except the water park kiddie area which made the 4 year old sad...but she loved the lazy river and hot tub. The location was perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views, and still an easy drive to the university and all the graduation events.The condo itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying coffee on the balcony each morning was a dream. It truly felt like a home away from home.The host was friendly, responsive and made check-in a breeze. We really appreciated all the thoughtful touches throughout the space. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location was great. 3rd floor with a great view of the ocean and pool area; and the resort is centrally located close to all of the popular attractions. The resort property itself was very crowded, so the pools and beach were full every day that we were there. The elevators were also very congested most days. But we were there during peak vacation season, so that is to be expected. I would defintely recommend this condo, but be cautious if you are looking for a quiet, relaxing resort property. This is better suited for those that like a lot of activity. I did contact the owner during our stay to ask a question and she was very quick to respond! She also took the time after our stay to ask how our vacation was and to thank us for staying in the condo. I would definitely stay here again if we are back in Myrtle Beqch. ##### Jennifer G. Condo was very nice, well equipped kitchen. Large balcony was great Stacking washer/dryer was adequate. No working plug for grandkids to get a bath, we bought one and left as donation for future guests. The pools were a bit disappointing, water was extremely cold (colder than the ocean) until last day we were there - hot tubs were not hot at all, lukewarm at best. Additionally the pools weren't very clean, lots of floating debris and even cigarette butts. Concrete walls are either stained or they need to be shocked. Saturday pool entertainer was amazing with families, tons of fun. In all it was a good stay, the building needs to update their pools, give them a solid cleaning, and fix or turn on the heaters. ##### Terri K. My son just got married on Friday June 30th to his high school sweet ❤️. They wanted us to go to the beach as a family rather than just the 2 of them. Thats where we came up with a family-moon. The owner of the property @Rufia Nigro is 1 of the nicest, people ive ever met. She responds to messages very quicklu and goes above & beyond to assist in any way needed. The room its self is very nice,clean,and comfortable. The view is breathtaking. Make sure you bring beach towels/pool towels because the resort refused to let us use theirs. I did let the owner know and she was very suprised that they made such a fuss over the towels and said she would check in on it. I highly recommend staying in Rufia Nigro's condo. 5star all the way! ##### Belinda H.
