Perfect area to get away for a vacation. The neighborhood was fairly quiet, but still close enough to everything you could want to do at the beach. This place clean and has everything you need right at your fingertips. We were really happy that the beach access across the street was open this year. Unfortunately it was closed due to the stairs being washed out last year due to the hurricane a couple of days before we arrived. The beach is literally right across the street. Scott and Juliette are wonderful and couldn't be more accommodating and address any issue immediately.
