Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication
The beach view was fantastic. The rooms were as advertised. The customer service was absolutely awful. The cleanliness was terrible. We requested rooms close together, had booked well in advance and our rooms couldn’t have been further apart. The rooms were not serviced regularly leaving us no choice but to use pool towels for bathroom towels. When we requested a bed change we were told we had to request it 24 hours in advance.We kept getting text messages to utilize the Tiki bar and when we did the food took over an hour and the drinks were poorly made due to low no supplies.Majority of the staff were friendly but looked wildly understaffed. The front desk/reception office staff were extremely rude.For having spent nearly 10,000 to stay here I had higher expectations and left completely underwhelmed. Do not recommend unless all you want is a beach view.
