Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:  
\- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.  
\- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.  
\- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.  
\- Additional Fees | 80€ /day for the first two days & 40€ /every additional day.  
\- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

Der Check-in mit Xenia war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert. Insgesamt eine tolle Anlage. Leider war der Pool, trotz extra Beheizung, nicht allzu warm - das lag aber auch u.a. an den Nachttemperaturen um 13 Grad im Oktober 2025\. Die Funktion der Spülmaschine war etwas umständlicher - ansonsten war aber alles top. Sehr sauber!

#### Wunderschöne Villa

Wir haben hier mit 9 Personen (2 Familien) einen wundervollen Urlaub erlebt. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts, bei der Ankunft stand für uns ein Obstkorb, eine Flasche Wein sowie Grundnahrungsmittel bereit. Die Vermieter waren sehr gastfreundlich und überraschten uns während unseres Aufenthalts zwei mal mit sehr leckeren Süßspeisen. Sowohl der Innen- als auch der Außenbereich waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr gut und günstig war auch das Essen in der ca. 50m entfernten Taverne, die von unserem Gastgeber betrieben wurde. Fazit: wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden unseren nächsten Urlaub auf Kreta gerne wieder dort verbringen.

#### Kreta villa with swimming pool

Very nice and spacious villa, well equipped for a relaxing holiday break. We got a warm welcome from the owner, who was available for all kind of questions. The communication with the agency was also very good, answering all mails within the hour. The villa has a beautiful location with nice views on the olive trees but is quite remote so you definitely need a car. The swimming pool is heated on demand, but you have to pay a supplement per day. We also could try the tavern located at 50 m walk from the villa, from the same owner, with nice local dishes at a very good price.

#### Absoluter Traum!!!

Wunderschöne Vila mit traumhafter Aussicht - unbedingt buchen! Xenia und ihre Familie sind super nett und total zuvorkommend, jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Zur Begrüßung erwartete uns ein gefüllter Kühlschrank mit Milch, Eiern, Obst. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet inkl. Entsafter, Kaffeemaschine, Auflaufformen, Bachzubehör,… Die Schlaf- und Badezimmer sehen in Wirklichkeit auch noch schöner aus als auf den Fotos. Die Taverne unten an der Straße ist super, mit das leckerste griechische Essen, das wir auf Kreta hatten! Und dabei auch noch total preiswert. Das Essen wird sogar oben am Pool/im Haus serviert, wenn man möchte. Vielen Dank für diese tolle Woche! Efcharistó!

#### Amazing Villa in the heart of Crete!

The hosts were very helpful and accommodating! This Villa is the most beautiful I have ever visited! Amazing views of sweeping olive groves and mountains. A taverna and cafe 100 ft from the front door. Great food! Less than 10 minute drive to many grocery stores, restaurants and taverns. Also about 10 minutes to the beach! I would stay here again in a heart beat!:)

#### Beautiful modern villa!

After looking at the photos of the villa, we had high hopes, and we weren’t disappointed! It is an absolutely lovely villa and the views are amazing. The pool and outside area and really great. All of the bedrooms are good and everything throughout the villa is in good working order. The kitchen is well equipped. It’s hard to find fault with it really!! We would recommend it.

#### Delivered exactly what it said on the tin, lovely villa, great spot close to the owners tavern.

We really enjoyed staying at the villa, there is air con in each bedroom and lounge, which meant we could remain cool and comfortable. The villa was very modern and had all the amenities we could want. Lovely clean pool with wonderful views over the olive groves. Owners had a tavern 2 mins on foot away from the villa, which was very well priced, 6 to 8 euros for a meal and very friendly. A great location for visiting the North coast and lovely towns like Rethymno and nice spots like Bali, Panermo etc. Lovely mountain views from the villa and coast only 6km away. Very happy with the villa and location for exploring both the coast and the mountains. Thanks for a lovely week in a beautiful spot.

#### A beautiful villa with stunning views and wonderful owners

We have just spent two wonderful weeks in Kampos Villa 1\. The villa is absolutely beautiful and even nicer than the photos (if that is possible). The views are unbelievable with amazing sunsets. Xenia and Leuteris were perfect hosts and could not do enough for us - thank you. The pool and bbq area are great. We had so much fun in the good sized pool, with plenty of sun beds too. The villa was absolutely spotless on arrival with some groceries and a bottle of wine provided which was useful as we didn’t arrive till after midnight. The owners also own a taverna 50m away and kindly provided us with a complementary meal on our first night which was lovely. The area was lovely. We spent time at the beach in Bali staying on the sun beds of Mambo Beach. Panormos is a very pretty village with lovely tavernas, a butchers and bakery. Our favourite taverna was Kastro’s where we ate a few times during our stay. I would absolutely recommend Kampos Villa - 5 🌟

#### Absolutely fabulous. Spacious property in a peaceful setting with stunning views and well presented.

This property is built and presented to an extremely high standard. It is spacious, with 4 generous sized double bedrooms and plenty of living space. The views over the olive groves and surrounding mountains are spectacular. The property was meticulously clean when we arrived. The owners, Xenia and Leuteris, live in a nearby property just down the hill and are always on hand to sort out any problems or queries. They are very helpful, welcoming and prompt in responding. There is a lovely taverna just 50 metres away down the hill and they will deliver freshly cooked local food to the poolside. The coast is only a short drive away. We would definitely recommend a stay at this villa.

We had an amazing holiday, Xenia was fantastic, a lovely lady and nothing was too much trouble. Fabulous food at the nearby Taverna and the hosts were so friendly and hospitable. The location was perfect, just 5 minute drive to lovely town by the sea with great restaurants. Views are outstanding and it’s so peaceful. Beautifully built villa and pool. Had a very relaxing time and great weather bar 1 day for late October.

#### Great villa for a relaxing family holiday

A great villa for relaxing with the family. The villa is lovely inside, very comfortable with all you need for your holiday. The pool was fabulous, great for older kids as there is no shallow end. The taverna just below the villa serves good food and is very reasonable. There is plenty to do around the area and everywhere we went the locals were very friendly and hospitable. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would definitely recommend this villa and Crete in general.

#### Wonderful week in Crete

We had a fabulous time in the villa and in Achlades village. The villa is well laid out and very comfortable, the pool is terrific and the views great. Waking up every morning to hear the birds and look out over the olive groves was a fantastic experience. The family and staff that own the villa and the local taverna were welcoming and very friendly. We spent most evening there, the food is good and it was lovely to chat with staff and locals, we got some great recommendations for beaches and places to visit. The village is quiet but sweet, there are supermarkets and beaches a short drive away. A car is needed, there is a lot to see if you like touring around, and equally we had some blissful days just resting by the pool. Our family all loved it, a super holiday and we were all very sad to leave. We have rented a lot of holiday properties over the years, and this was one of the best.

#### Zeer compleet prachtig gelegen vakantiehuis in rustige omgeving, dichtbij het strand !!

Hartelijke ontvangst door Xenia en we zien een heerlijk modern vakantiehuis met alle comfort en zeer schoon! Zeer complete keuken met een volle fruitschaal en een fles wijn! Rustige ligging en onderaan het huis een taverna waar je heerlijk kunt eten. Of het eten wordt bezorgd op je terras aan het zwembad ! Voldoende schaduwplekken, ruim en schoon zwembad. Van de buren merk je weinig tot niets, geen direct zicht op elkaar. Ook werd er tussendoor schoongemaakt en beddengoed + handdoeken vervangen. Zelfs het vuilnis werd verwijderd! Op ongeveer 15 minuten rijden van Bali beach en Panormos, supermarkt is dichterbij. Kortom een heerlijke week gehad en bedankt voor alles !

#### Schönes, ruhig gelegenes Haus mit freier Sicht auf das Meer

Komplett ausgestattetes Haus in einem kleinen Dorf. Sehr gute Taverne 5 Minuten zu Fuß, Supermarkt ca. 15 km entfernt. Übergabe völlig unkompliziert. Sauber und gepflegt. Begrüßungskorb mit Obst und Wein. Wir können dieses Haus empfehlen!

#### Beautiful 5 Star Villa

Just returned from a weeks holiday in this beautiful villa. Arrived to the villa on a Saturday afternoon all feeling a little tired after the journey to find a imaculate Villa and Xenia there to greet us. After showing us around and arranging for dinner at the Taverna we unpacked and found a fridge full of cold drinks, a cupboard of snacks and plenty of fresh fruit. We found the villa had everything you could possibly need and all in brand new condition and the pool area was large and fully equipped. The village was close to the sea at Panormos and we had a lovely meal in a local restaurant where the staff were very friendly and the little shops were nice to buy local gifts. We all enjoyed our stay at this wonderful villa and have decided we will definatly visit again as soon as we can.
