Enjoy a relaxing holiday at Villa Nayana, just steps from the sandy beach of Bali, with exclusive in-villa services at your fingertips. The beach is at your doorstep, and within walking distance, youll find restaurants, tavernas, and shops for everything you need.   
Covering 70 m2 over two stylish floors, the villa comfortably accommodates four guests in two bedrooms, or up to five if needed. Its modern, minimal decor, high-quality appliances, and Italian furnishings create a cozy, inviting atmosphere.

Layout  
On the ground floor, you are welcomed into a bright living room with a 40" HDTV and a comfortable seating area that opens directly to the pool. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a dining counter is just steps away, making self-catering effortless. A bathroom with a shower and a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer complete this level.  
Upstairs, the two bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, A/C, a 26" smart TV, a dressing table, and a balcony overlooking the pool and offering unobstructed views of the Cretan Sea. One bedrooms en-suite bathroom includes a hydromassage bathtub and a sitting area, while the other features a beautiful oval bathtub. An additional family bathroom with a shower cabin serves the first floor.  
Outside, Villa Nayanas landscaped grounds are filled with lush greenery, palms, and tropical plants, creating a serene and vibrant oasis. The area is fully fenced for complete privacy while still offering easy access to the beach.  
\- A private pool that can be heated with an additional daily charge for entire stay, upon request (Please note that the pool heating can be used upon advance request for the entire stay and it requires at least one week advance notice).   
\- Furnished spots for relaxation with bean bag chairs, outdoor living room with sofa and arm chairs, umbrellas and outdoor shower.  
\- Free, public parking space next to the Villa.

#### Un super sejour

Nous sommes arrivés à la villa pour notre voyage de noce. Nous sommes restés 15 jours. C’est avec le cœur lourd que nous avons quitté la villa ! Manolis et Maria nous ont accueillis avec bouteille de champagne et gâteau au chocolat, ballons et félicitation pour notre mariage. Manolis à gérer tout notre séjour, il nous a conseillé et même fait découvrir la crete. La villa est magnifique, quand vous y arrive le nécessaire en course est déjà fait donc pas d’inquiétude. À côté de la villa se trouve le bar snack de manolis marie et mixalis. Je recommande vivement. Nous y retournerons !

Perfekt. Alles so wie beschrieben. Der Empfang durch Manolis war sehr nett und hilfreich. Er stand uns jederzeit z.B. für Restaurantreservierungen hilfreich zur Seite. Gleichfalls ausgesprochen zuvorkommend war das Reinigungspersonal. Die Unterkunft lässt kaum Wünsche offen, vielleicht wäre eine Vorrichtung für eine Leine zum Wäsche trocknen hilfreich.Man muss sich jedoch auch bewusst sein, dass am Abend in der nahen Umgebung etwas los ist. Entsprechende Partygeräusche verstummen aber meist gegen Mitternacht.Alles in allem ein Top-Urlaubsort.

#### Paradise in Crete

We spent three wonderful days in Crete. The Villa was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Steps from the wonderful beach and many great places to eat. We were welcomed with a generous supply of fruit, treats and lunch/breakfast goodies; as well as fresh breads each morning. We had great communication with Manolis and Etouri, and any questions were quickly answered. Of the five Villas we stayed in on our Greece vacation of four islands, this was our favorite. We will be back. Highly recommended !

#### Beautiful luxurious Villa on the beach

This place was beautiful, really big, very clean, amazing view. The bed was comfortable, and the jacuzzi after a 9 hour flight couldn’t be topped. The private pool, was very relaxing also. Restaurants all around, great food everywhere, and other areas a short drive, or 20 minutes walk away. Lots of stairs & hills though. We will be back.

Sehr schönes Haus: Das Haus und die Umgebung hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Der Service vor Ort war immer perfekt. Die Lage ist direkt am Strand einfach sensationell. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

#### Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Villa ist sehr schön und direkt am Strand gelegen. Die Kinder hatten im kleinen Pool sehr viel Spaß. Man hat eigene Liegen am Strand, das fanden wir sehr gut. Das einzige was hätte für uns etwas besser sein können war die Kommunikation zwischen der Buchung und der Anreise. Da wir Griechen sind und der Besitzer offensichtlich Grieche ist, schrieben bzw. antworteten wir auf die Nachrichten immer auf griechisch. Es wurde uns aber immer nur auf englisch geantwortet. Aber in der Villa angekommen stand uns eine super freundliche Crew zur Verfügung, die sich immer um uns gekümmert hat und sehr aufmerksam war. Sie fragten immer nach, ob man noch was bräuchten und man konnte sich immer an die Crew wenden. Dafür volle Punktzahl. Unsere Gesamtbewertung für diesen Aufenhalt: Sehr schön

#### Fantastic place!

Great house. Perfect for our family (2 adults & 3 young kids). Beach was great and the water was warm and clear. There are a bunch of shops, super markets and restaurants close by.

#### Top quality villa with top quality service

Villa Nayana is a superbly designed and high quality villa with excellent service provided every step of the way. The furniture, fixtures and fittings are all of an excellent standard. Maid service was provided every other day with fresh bread and cake too! We couldn't fault the villa in any way and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The beach is literally a ten metre walk from the door across a small quiet road. There are numerous sunbeds on the beach but the villa has its own private ones just in front so it's easy to go back and forth during the day. The only reason for dropping a star for location, was that the small free area of sand on the beach is right opposite the villa next to the villa's own sunbeds, and this tended to get crowded from early to late every day (bearing in mind we were there for the first week of October). This was a shame as privacy was a bit of a challenge at times!
