This charming vacation home is situated on a large property, surrounded by chestnut trees, fruit trees, flowers, and many other plants. Here you can go for walks, eat outdoors, or simply enjoy the sun—absolute peace and quiet, no neighbors, no traffic noise.

Just 3.4 km from Praia do Lago (within walking distance) and close to numerous beaches where you can swim or surf. Ideal for couples, families, or groups of friends seeking relaxation in nature.

The house consists of a kitchen with a living area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom.

KITCHEN:
Cozy kitchen with a traditional Galician fireplace (“Lareira”), fully equipped for cooking—including a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

LIVING ROOM:
Features a sleeper sofa, side tables, and a 55-inch smart TV. There’s also a desk and a Wi-Fi router—perfect for working from home.

BEDROOM 1:
Double bedroom with handmade rustic cabinets, a mirror, a shoe rack, and a TV.

BEDROOM 2:
Can be used as a single or double bedroom (bed extends to 160 × 200 cm). Features an open closet, a large mirror, and a bulletin board for notes.

BATHROOM:
With a sink, bathtub, bidet, and toilet.

The highlight of the house!
A unique garden covering over 1,000 m²—ideal for relaxing, playing, or dining outdoors.
There is a dining table, coffee table, swing, hammock, basketball hoop, dartboard, and much more.

There is a parking space in the entrance area.

– one with a round dining table near the grill,
– another with a view of the garden—perfect for breakfast or enjoying the evening sun.
