You're a 5-10 minute drive to the beach and a ten minute walk to downtown. This year the house had several upgrades including all new leather living room furniture and all new kitchen appliances including a convection oven with air fryer. House is set up for a simple cookout or a full on holiday meal with an extremely well stocked kitchen. In the summer it will be stocked with everything you need for a great day at the beach including towels, chairs, beach toys and floaties and even a wagon to haul them in. You can't go wrong staying here! Just bring your clothes! Two upstairs bedrooms with a king and full bed. Two downstairs with a built in queen and four bunk beds. I wish we could’ve stayed a lot longer! We were in town to move our son back to Grand Valley State U. The entire home including the basement, was spotless. The home really does have everything you need. Besides salt and pepper, there were several different spices available to cook with. There is a blow dryer in each bathroom. There is a phone charger by every bed. Plenty of toilet paper, towels, and even shampoo/conditioner. We all slept great. The mattresses seemed new. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to go to the beach.. but if we would have, everything we needed was there. This is a very nice home with beautiful decor. There is a Culver’s, Jimmy Johns, a gastro pub/grill, and an ice cream shop a block away. Melinda was friendly and easy to reach.
