Parking is right beside the front porch, so easy access up a couple steps into the house which was important to us. The back of the house hangs over a sloped backyard which is where you’ll find the amazing deck with ample seating and fire ring. One bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. The walk-in shower is upstairs and it is very nice. Alexa worked great for playing all kinds of music. The kitchen was stocked beautifully. Maybe the best part is Dan and his communication skills. Dan was very responsive when the upstairs wall A/C units were not working. The decks are very nice, but we did need to use a broom to get rid of some spider webs when we first arrived. The fire pit and gas grill both worked well when we used them. The house is a very short walk to a nice convenience/ liquor store ((Ghezzi's) as well as a couple of restaurants and a donut shop. We were about 10 minutes from some very nice beaches on Lake Michigan. You have to try The Deck Restaurant, right on the beach. We went to Michigan's Adventure a couple of days, just a 20 minute drive. If you fly into Grand Rapids Airport, it's just about a 40-45 minute drive to the house.
