It was a magical little place overlooking the mountains. Staff was very helpful and rooms were cozy.

Charming little hotel. Very clean, calm, and well maintained, with excellent hospitality. The on-site parking and shared spaces are great (my daughter especially enjoyed the piano). It’s about a 30-minute walk from the center, with some fairly steep climbs. Other than that, it’s a highly recommended little gem!

I recently stayed at Villa Rica Pousada Boutique in Brumadinho, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm hospitality and genuine care, making us feel like family. The location couldn’t be better for anyone visiting Brumadinho. It’s close to the Inhotim Museum, yet tucked away in a serene setting surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views. During our week stay we visited near by historical towns, Ouro Preto and Mariana. The property also offers plenty of areas to relax, from hammocks under the trees to a peaceful heated swimming pool/jacuzzi. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering excellent recommendations for nearby attractions and ensuring every detail was just right. Villa Rica Pousada is the perfect escape for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Minas Gerais with unmatched comfort and hospitality. Highly recommended!
