"Staff is amazing! Rooms are spotless and a great central location to walk around the city. Food on site is amazing they offer discounts to its guest and a free drink at a local bar. If your checking out early make sure to inform staff so that your vehicle can be left at front of parking lot as the don’t have over night/early staff to move vehicles. Overall great! I have stayed 3 times at said location and family/friends have loved it. "

The staff was very attentative to our needs and were very helpful with any information we needed. The hotel is in a great location centered to everything in Guanajuato.
