Very well located Right in the heart of Prague historical center. The hotel is exactly as described: perfect from start to finish. Wonderful spa, delicious breakfast and spacious room. We will be back!

Beautiful property, but unfortunately the worst five-star experience we have had. The historic setting, bar and location are genuinely beautiful, but the service was extremely disappointing. We booked a Superior Room. Check-in took around 35 minutes and reception was cold and unwelcoming. The first room was spacious but had no proper exterior window, only stained glass at ground-floor level beside the restaurant/breakfast area. We asked to change and were shown two attic rooms with tiny/tinted windows. To get a room with a normal window, we had to pay an additional €30. The upgraded room was spacious, but the bathroom felt basic and poorly maintained. The shower could not be used properly without flooding the floor. When we mentioned this politely at checkout, we were simply told they would “take note” — no apology or concern. Breakfast was cramped, overcrowded and disappointing, with products that did not feel five-star quality. There was also no complimentary water; we were simply told the tap water was drinkable. What surprised us most was that I genuinely thought this was a four-star hotel during our stay. Only afterwards did I realise it is officially five-star. A magnificent building and excellent location, but unfortunately the hospitality, maintenance and attention to detail were nowhere near five-star standard.
