« Good breakfast but coffee and juices that were part of the breakfast fell short so we ordered those off the menu at an extra cost. The hotel is Conveniently Close to SM mall. Room was small so we upgraded to a large and clean room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a problem with a slow drain in the shower that they improved but it slowed again on our last day there. Overall, a pleasant stay. »

« It's a very bad room. Located in a busy avenue, the hotel is still standing I would say quite qualitative. But they did not even bother to do some work to insulate the rooms. What a shame to receive guests in this room, my bed was like no insulation in the street, as you can see in the picture the window right in front of my bed can not even close completely. the other windows are not isolated at all. When I asked for a refund the service refused and apologized, but I did not sleep. the bed was...

« Nice place if you’re passing through quickly. For any longer stay, please be aware that there are no amenities, such as complementary water soap, shampoo, coffee, in the lake that usually come with higher end hotels. In fact, if you wanted a drink of fresh water, you had to take the cup out of the room to the hallway by the elevator and fill it up at a water fountain. Not too convenient! »
