Clean room, great location. The only problem was the A/C unit dripped all night .

The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing. Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms.

BUYER BEWARE! My worst hotel experience ever, felt unsafe so we gave up our 2nd night for free cuz we could not handle the smell & broken amenities The owner Roberto seemed nice when he gave us a ride into town because of the lack of taxis, but then threatened to kick us out when we complained about the neon light flashing in our room all night, broken amenities, & uninhabitable smell in our room. He angrily gaslighted us as if we were being too picky. DO NOT RENT here unless you like the smell of an open septic system and poop, in your room & while sitting by the pool. Across the street from the sewage treatment plant, which is not mentioned in the description. The suite jet tub was lukewarm, the TV did not work, food was overpriced & terrible, and no refrigerators in the room to bring your own food. They claim 24 hour room service, but during the busy dinner hours, nobody answered the reception phone for two hours, and when we finally got the phone answered, all they have after dinner is crappy packaged donuts. The shower was clogged, and they literally told us to just put down towels and would offer us no compensation for the backed up poop factory smell in our rooms. The location is too far out of town for walking, and the terrible food is overpriced. Our suite had no windows and even the speaker system was broken It is impossible to catch a taxi back to the place at night because they all shut down so had to walk over a mile in the dark or along busy narrow freeway.
