This condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, as well as a washer, dryer, private covered balcony, and central heat and air conditioning. Four TVs (two cable, two Smart) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include two king and two twin-sized beds. Common area amenities include an outdoor swimming pool with swim-through to interior pool (excluding October-April when the indoor pool is heated), indoor/outdoor hot tub, outdoor showers, two elevators, on-site gift shop, lounge, and restaurant, and covered parking. Limit two parking passes per unit. No trailers. No golf carts. No smoking. No pets. Maximum occupancy: 6 The images and tours are provided to show the property's layout. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district. Brookgreen Gardens, a sculpture garden and wildlife preserve built on four former rice plantations, is located slightly south of the MarshWalk. Looking for entertainment and attractions? Take in a show at Pirates Voyage, Medieval Times, Alabama Theater, The Carolina Opry, or Legends in Concert. Then visit SkyWheel Myrtle Beach, Ripley's Aquarium, WonderWorks, Ripley's Believe It Or Not Odditorium, Hollywood Wax Museum Entertainment Center, and The Pavilion Nostalgia Park. When we reserved this unit back in March of this year we did not receive any notification that the pool/hot tub and surrounding area was a complete mess and not usable. We didn't find out until we looked over the balcony. It was so disppointing!!! The unit seemed clean but the towels, that were wrapped in one of our bundles, were dirty. There were no trashcans nor trashbags in the bathrooms. There was also no instruction on how to use each TV. We continually got error messages on the main one in the den. I wore my flip flops for extra traction. The 3rd bedroom could use a cable box especially if you are on a girls trip with no children. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the condo was ok. I've stayed in nicer condos for less. The kitchen was very ill equiped. We had to buy a baking sheet to make biscuits (which we left), The pans were in terrible condition. Very little selection on mixing bowls. In general if you plan on cooking, this is not the place to stay,The condo was fairly clean. The was some kind of red sauce splattered on the wall beside the stove and above on the ceiling. The cabinets were dirty. The bedroom floors were dirty. In general, with covid, I expected more cleanliness. The beach was great. The pools were clean. Apr 25, 2022 #### One month at the beach Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. Indoor spa closed for repair during the whole stay. Indoor pool was not inviting... Condo was as per picture. 3 bedrooms. However short of dishes, pots and pans for a party of 4\. A/C not strong enough for condo even when the outside tempreture was less than 75\. Can’t imagine how bad it would be in summer time.
