We have WiFi, cable and a laundry on site and nice cool pool for you to enjoy. It's a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo with full kitchen. If you love to fish, the pier is within walking distance. Plenty of fresh seafood places to eat in Murrells Inlet. Garden City is a family friendly area of the grand strand. The beach is across the street with easy access and you can get that great tan. Monthly rental rate of $1,200.00 will incluce ALL utilities, cable, and internet. This special monthly rate is only honored from September through April. Beginning May the condo will revert back to a weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday at the Summer rates. Linens are not provided. Left on Wednesday morning and moved to another condo in a different location to finish our vacation week. Condo was dirty, beds were disgusting. Huge stains and black spots on mattresses. Would not even let children sit on couch because it was so dirty. Pool was ok but could not sit on lounge chairs, they would turn your swimsuits and towels black.
