Second, the problems:1.) it was dirty, as seen on the exposed vent (located off the living room in a hallway to the primary suite) as seen in photo. 2.) the ice machine never worked so we had to keep buying ice. 3.) numerous remotes, lamps, fans didn't work. 4.) no propane in the patio firepit; 5.) A/C was freezing in some bedrooms and unbearably warm in other bedrooms. 6.) Some of the furniture is dirty and needs to be replaced. 7.) The whole thing needs painting - every wall is scuffed and marred. Third, There are many good things about this house and our family had a great time. It is too bad that the owners have not maintained it to fit the beautiful photos on the internet.
