This condo features a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, private screened porch, washer, dryer, and central heat and air conditioning. Three TVs (50-inch with Roku in living area) and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one queen and two twin-sized beds. Limit one parking pass per unit. Elevator. No pool. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner. Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses. Once primarily a fishing village, the town is best known for the Murrells Inlet MarshWalk, a half-mile-long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and the many award-winning restaurants along Highway 17 Business in the central business district. The unit was spotless and it's so comfortable. We'll definitely be back. The one discouraging thing this year was the Sargent General HOA owner. She either didn't have anything to do or just walked the halls at different times of day making sure everything was in order. Very discouraging for units being rented. Did not run into this last year so I was surprised this year. Won't keep me from renting my favorite place. Reviewer Comments: I wanted to take my elderly mother to the beach for some rest from doctors and appointments, so I called Garden City Realty and spoke with Emma. She listened to my needs and concerns and found me the perfect place. It is a great size, clean, had everything we needed, other than our personal items! We loved sitting on the screened in porch with the ocean right in front of us. The view from the kitchen makes you feel like you’re on the water!! Clean and well maintained.No issues with the condo but very disappointed in the way I was talked to by the rental company over parking. Received an accusatory phone call that the HOA president contacted your office and said I had 3 cars parked on the property only to find out that the parking passes on the other 2 vehicles had parking tags on them that were issued by your office to people renting unit 302\. The parking passes had a series of numbers on them not the unit number. It caused a lot of confusion not only for myself but the guests that were renting unit 302\. I have a long rental history with your company and did not appreciate the way I was addressed about this matter. Hammering and wet paint and the porch was torn up so we couldn't use it at all.
