The building itself is also very well taken care of. The host was very nice and informative during check in. Surfside is a great area and much better for the families trying to vacation. You can tell that the unit has been flooded. All bath vanities, dressers, etc. are peeling and warped on the bottom from water. Minimal decor, loose kitchen faucet, cheap rugs/furnishings, damaged dishwasher, cheap balcony furniture, etc. The management company was amazing; however, we would not stay in this unit again. We drive a stock F250 and it is too tall to fit. When we called the agent it was after hours. The agent said they would call us back but never did. My wife recently had back surgery and struggled to walk let alone from down the street where we had to park.
