With a private balcony overlooking the Atlantic, this condo is perfect for couples or families looking for a peaceful and scenic beach escape. Our room on the 11th floor had an outstanding view of the beach and ocean. The room was clean and had nice amenities, although the bedroom was cramped due to a very large king sized bed in a tiny room. The problems we had were 1.) one of the two elevators was out of order for the first two days of our week making for long wait times for the working elevator. 2.) the door lock for our unit was defective making it impossible to get into our room in less than 5 -10 minutes each time. We asked for a locksmith to come out to replace the lock but were given excuse after excuse for the 5 day delay in getting someone to finally show up to replace the lock. 3.) We complained about a broken towel rack which dumped our towels/wash cloths onto the floor daily, but no one ever came to fix it. 4.)
